      1. 8700A - Menu insert cards slide under clear vinyl.
          Card size is 5.75" h x 3.625" w.
      2. 8700B - Menu insert cards are held in place with diagonal
          picture-frame corners cut into inside panels. Card size is 6" h x 4" w.
